Many organisations when applying for funding, whether it is a tender from a statutory agency or income from a grant making body, are asked not only to produce an environmental policy but also to demonstrate evidence of how they are implementing the policy. This training will help you stay ahead.
As concerns around environmental issues grow having a bespoke environmental policy that is robust and implemented as part of your everyday working practise also ensures your organisation is compliant with current legislation and is operating effectively and efficiently whilst saving you money
Knowing where to start and making sure your policy is implemented by staff, services users and stakeholders can be a difficult and daunting task. That is why Sustaining Change are inviting you to this FREE event to help your organisation become more environmentally friendly so that you can become funder friendly!
As well as interactive workshops delivered by the Sustaining Change team and Rochdale CVS there will be FREE eco-kits with top tips, resources and freebies and the chance to win 2 days with a web consultant.
Workshops will run from 1.00pm to 4.00pm with a tour of Bridge 5 Mill, one of Manchester's greenest buildings, at 12.30pm. Refreshments will also be available from 12.30pm. A full agenda will be available after booking your place.
